When you are asked for information through the present site, this is to identify you personally or to contact you. This becomes all the more necessary in case of purchasing products on this site.

The term of “personal information” means personally identifiable information, i.e. name, date of birth, e-mail address, correspondence address.

Personal information entered by a buyer will be used by THE RED POINT only for the stated purpose of this site. Information in the order form are necessary to send you order confirmation, delivery of ordered products, to inform you on ongoing campaigns, etc, and shall under no circumstances be disclosed to a third party.

The company warrants privacy of personal information. When processing your information, full compliance with internationally-acknowledged standards of privacy protection and current applicable Romanian laws shall be taken into account.

6. LIABILITIES

THE RED POINT takes no liability for typographical or display errors as regards pricing, features, photography, etc.

In the event where the price of the product or some of its products have been entered incorrectly in our database or have been displayed incorrectly, and the delivery has not been completed yet, the company reserves the right to cancel delivery of the product and inform the customer as soon as possible on the error occurred.

Furthermore, images are displayed on the site only by way of example, and delivered products may differ from the images in any way, due to modification of the features, design, without previous notice from the manufacturers.

The maximum value of THE RED POINT’s obligations to any customer, in case of no delivery or inappropriate delivery, is the value of the payments received by THE RED POINT from that customer. THE RED POINT shall grant no warranty as to:

• avoiding defective use or interruption during use of the site;
• resulting damage to other systems by using the site;
• inexistence on the site of viruses or other components potentially harmful to the users.

In no event shall The Red Point be held liable for any kind of direct or indirect damages arising out of the use of the site.

7.MODIFICATIONS AND ADDITIONS

THE RED POINT may modify, revise or otherwise terminate the providing of information, products, or services presented on this site or in any other document included on this site, without previous notice to you. www.redagent.ro functions in accordance with the legal provisions of the State of Romania. Any attempt of unauthorized   access to the site and any fraud attempt shall be reported to competent authorities.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS

Should any of the above provisions be found null or void, irrespective of the cause, that provision will not affect the validity of other provisions. Once the order has been purchased and launched, the customer shall accept with no objections the conditions and terms of use, the value of said conditions and terms of use being the same as that of a valid contract concluded.
